Hybrid Spyder by Porsche
The prototype of supercar has been presented in March on the Geneva autoshow. The car has been equipped by a hybrid power-plant which combined the 500-strong 3,4-litre atmospheric 8-cylinder engine, two electromotors the general capacity of 218HP, the complete set of special accumulators and a 7-step gear box with two clutches. The hybrid supercar Porsche 918 Spyder can finish the well-known Northern hinge strain of a Nurnburgring faster, than coupe Carrera GT, less than for 7 min 30 sec. Thus average fuel consumption of the car does not exceed 3,1 litres on 100 kilometres of run, and level of blowouts CO2 — 70 grammes/km.

Porsche Panamera by Fab Design
Experts Fab Design specialising usually on operational development of lineup Mercedes-Benz, have changed to the predilections, "having charged" Porsche Panamera. On a four-door coupe there was a new forward bumper with the expanded apertures for air fence, a forward spoiler, a carbon cowl, an aerodynamical bumper. Porsche Panamera have lowered a suspension bracket on 20 mm and "have changed" in 22-inch carbon wheel disks.
I love FAB Design!

2010 Porsche 911 Turbo Next Generation Sports Cars At The Frankfurt Motor Show
0 comments Posted by Unknown at 8:32 AMThe new six-cylinder engine can be combined with the option of the seven-speed Porsche Doppelkupplungsgetriebe (PDK) double-clutch gearbox; and, for the first time, a further new feature of race car-inspired paddle-shift technology can also be specified. Fitted firmly on the steering wheel, the right paddle is for shifting up through the gears, and the left paddle for shifting down. In conjunction with the optional Sport Chrono Package Turbo, both the paddle-shift steering wheel and the PDK steering wheel with its shift buttons feature integrated displays for Launch Control and the Sport/Sport Plus mode.
This unique combination of supreme technical features ensures an unprecedented standard of responsiveness, agility, performance and efficiency. For example, the new Porsche 911 Turbo reduces CO2 emissions versus its predecessor by almost 18 per cent and therefore ranks unique in its segment in this respect also.
Depending on the configuration of the car, the new 911 Turbo offers fuel consumption ranging between 24.1 - 24.8 mpg (equal to 11.7 - 11.4 litres/100 km) under the EU5 standard. This is all the more remarkable considering the potential for the Porsche 911 Turbo to accelerate from 0-62mph (100 km/h) in 3.4 secs. Top speed, in turn, is 194 mph (312 km/h.)
Owners of the new Porsche 911 Turbo will also enjoy a further improvement in driving dynamics, with detailed enhancement of the Porsche Traction Management (PTM) fully-controlled all-wheel drive and Porsche Stability Management (PSM) being further supported by the new option of Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV).
Porsche Torque Vectoring makes the car even more agile and precise in its steering responses, particularly on twisting roads. The next generation Porsche 911 Turbo Coupé and Cabriolet go on sale in the UK and Ireland on November 21 2009, priced from £101,823 for the Coupé and £109,048 for the Cabriolet. Standard equipment includes the touch-screen Porsche Communication Management system with both Bluetooth mobile telephone and i-Pod connectivity. Also fitted to every 911 Turbo is a Porsche Vehicle Tracking System (VTS), a sophisticated vehicle security package approved to Thatcham Category 5 standard.
Customers will also be able to explore the dynamic attributes of the new 911 Turbo, and develop their own skills behind the wheel, courtesy of a Driving Experience Programme at the Porsche Experience Centre at Silverstone.

The limited-production, hand-built, high-performance Saleen S7 Twin Turbo was Saleen's first car not based on an existing design.
It was completely developed digitally using tools such as Unigraphics and Rhinoceros 3D.
It may have been born on a computer, but it came to life on the track.
The heart of the S7 is a 427.6 cu inch all-aluminum OHV V8 engine, upgraded with two Garrett turbochargers producing approximately 6 psi of boost.
This gives the S7 750 horsepower and 700 lb·ft of torque.
What does this translate into on the track?
0-60 mph in 3.2 seconds, 0-100 in 6.2 seconds and 0-200 mph (yes, 0-200) in 27 seconds.
This also allows the S7 to blast through the quarter mile in 10.6 seconds and gives it a top speed of 248 mph.
And get this, in 2006, Saleen offered an optional competition package for the S7 Twin Turbo that put the engine output up to 1000 horsepower!
How much will this land rocket set you back?
Around $585,296.
